Assistant Superintendent
Dr. Wesley T. Doll
Wesley Doll, is a proud Adams County resident and New Oxford High School graduate, currently serving as the Assistant Superintendent of the Conewago Valley School District in New Oxford, Pennsylvania. With over 30 years of experience in both educational and administrative roles across Maryland and Pennsylvania, Wesley’s career has spanned many areas. He has served as an art teacher (grades 5-12), coach, mentor, middle school assistant principal, elementary principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent. Additionally, Wesley has shared his expertise as an adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University and Wilson College.
Wesley earned his Doctorate in Educational and Organizational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He also holds a Master’s Degree in School Administration and Supervision from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the University of Maryland in College Park, MD.
Outside of his professional role, Wesley is an active member of his community in Adams County. He has served as a board member for several local organizations, including The Gettysburg Adams Chamber of Commerce, the Adams County Arts Council, Big Brothers Big Sisters of York and Adams Counties, and the United Way of Adams County (UWAC), where he was the Chair of the UWAC Campaign in 2015. Dr. Doll is dedicated to volunteering throughout the Adams County community. Dr. Doll is excited to serve the students, families, and staff of the Conewago Valley School District in his position.
