Substitutes
We are always looking for great substitutes to serve in our district buildings. Below are some of the substitute opportunities:
- BUILDING SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS- We are currently seeking (1) Building Substitute Teachers that will serve at each one of our buildings. These individuals must be flexible and willing to serve in both Elementary & Secondary settings. The position will be Tuesday through Friday, with a possibility of an additional stipend for perfect attendance after 45 days of service.
- SUBSTITUTE SCHOOL NURSES NEEDED DAY TO DAY - Licensed LPN or RN substitutes: complete and submit Standard Application for Teaching Position
- CERTIFIED PA TEACHING CERTIFICATE SUBSTITUTES: complete and submit Standard Application for Teaching Position
- 60 CREDIT PROSPECTIVE TEACHERS: Individuals who are enrolled in a PA-approved college or university teacher preparation program. Must have completed a minimum of 60 semester hours or equivalent. May teach maximum of 10 days for a single employee and a maximum of 20 days per school year.
- GUEST TEACHER SUBSTITUTES: Individuals with a bachelor's degree but no PA teaching certificate may apply through Lincoln Intermediate Unit to become a Guest Teacher and be eligible to substitute in Conewago Valley School District. Contact LIU (717-624-4616) or click HERE for more information.
- SUBSTITUTE CUSTODIANS, 2nd shift, for any Conewago Valley School District bldgs also needed. Please submit application for review at a later time.
