Please Note:

The ACT 34 Hearing for New Oxford Elementary School will be on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 6:00 PM in the New Oxford Elementary School Cafeteria.

The Conewago Valley Board of School Directors - Committee of the Whole will hold a finance/budget development meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM in the District Boardroom.  

 The Athletics Sub-Committee of the Conewago Valley Board of School Directors will hold a meeting on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 6:00 PM-8:00 PM in the District Boardroom. (originally scheduled on January 26, 2026)

Study Session Meetings for 2026 are designated and advertised as voting meetings to begin at 7:00 PM on the first Monday of the Month, except in September as noted.

Board Meetings will be on the second Monday of the month, except in September as noted.  The meeting will begin  at 7:00 PM.

Special Board Meeting - July 13, 2026, beginning at 7:00 PM.

Reorganizational Meeting - December 7, 2026, with the Reorganization Meeting beginning at 7:00 PM and the Study Session and Regular Board Meeting to follow immediately after.
